My drive to teach has increased as I advanced through science. The more proficient I got in research methods and scientific knowledge, the more I realized that a big part of what I love about science is the discovery. However, individual research discoveries are so incremental that they only make sense in the greater context of collaboration and history. So I now strive to share my experience of creating an exciting and fascinating context for scientific discoveries with other novices whenever opportunity presents.
